Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your EllaBees purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility

  Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• 
  Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  
• 
  Personalised, custom, or sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  

2. How to Start a Return

Email hello@ellabees.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

3. Refunds

• 
  Refunds are issued via your original payment method through SumUp within 7 days of receiving your return.
  
• 
  Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).
  

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
